How is it like Trekking Gorilla in Uganda?

Gorilla trekking in Uganda is done in both Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, gorilla trekking you will have to hike through the jungles of Bwindi Forest that is the home of Uganda mountain gorillas, trekking gorillas also need some level of fitness because you will be hiking up and down through thick jungles of Africa with local experienced ranger/guide to locate habituated gorilla family you will be tracking.

Before gorilla trekking starts, you have to be at the meeting (park headquarters) at list by 7:30 for briefing from a staff or park ranger guide of Uganda Wildlife Authority here you will be told on how contact yourselves while you with gorillas, gorilla trekking can take between 2 hours to 8 hours depending on the luck of the day and where is the family you will be trekking that day, mountain gorillas share with humans about 98% DNA with they are highly suspect able to human diseases so humans should not walk closer than seven meters from the gorillas, unless they come to you by themselves it ok but no getting too crosser to them.

The Actual Gorilla Trekking in Uganda?

Once you find the gorillas you are only allowed to spend one hour we with them taking lots of photos and filming them is allowed and seeing them  doing their day today work, I am sure one find the gorilla family your tracking you will even don’t   want to  take your eyes off the family. It’s amazing also seeing the young ones ran up and down, the gorilla family you will be trekking is habituated  so it is familiar to humans,  you will never  fill  like you are  in danger while enjoying gorilla trekking, it is just so nice watching and observed the gorilla father, mothers, and children going about their daily lives and activities. After spending whole one hour with unforgettable gorilla, the team of ranger guides will read you back through the forest.
